1.	As an applicant and potential member of the network distributor program I understand that I must be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement of my state.
2.	I understand that as a distributor I m my own boss, therefore I can choose to work, the hours of my choice and where ever I choose. I also understand that, I will be responsible to report my own income tax.
3.	I understand that as a member of the network distributor program, I’m responsible to file for my own, home business license and sales tax permit.
4.	As a network distributor member, I agree to respect all other distributor's customers, and to never steal customers from another network distributor.
5.	As a network distributor member, I agree to pay a $39.95 monthly fee, to have an active online store front at the company’s web site at, maxi-tune.com. To qualify for the FREE network distributor program.
6.	I, understand that my distributorship. Is given to me Absolutely, FREE of charge, by JDT, and agree that I will not sell my distribution network, without first obtaining the consent in writing from the company.
7.	In the event that I get terminated by the company for violating any part, of any of these guidelines or by self termination, my customers will become the company's customers.
8.	A sales tax permit will be required for network distributors making direct sales to the open public.  Failure to provide this information within a 30 day period while making direct sales will result in the cancellation of the Distributorship.
9.	JDT Wholesale reserves the right, to make changes to the product pricing when it deems necessary, by providing its network members, with a 30 day notice, of the intent to make changes.
10.	As a network distributor is not an agent, employee or legal representative of JDT Wholesale, but an independent contractor.  Distributor does not have any authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of the company in any manner whatsoever.
